Focalgate, Inc may, from time to time, engage third parties, including its own subsidiaries and affiliated companies, to back-up, analyze or otherwise store or manipulate data received by Focalgate, Inc from its customers. In all such cases, third party service providers will be required to treat all such data with the same degree of care as Focalgate, Inc and they will be prohibited from disclosing such data to any other person or party, except as otherwise provided for in this Privacy Policy.

We use various credit card processing companies (PayPal, Alipay, and Authorize.net) to bill you for our services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes. No other third-party services are used to provide the services you purchase from us, thusly no personally identifiable information is provided beyond our service.

Focalgate, Inc will only share personally identifiable information with third parties in ways that are described in this privacy policy.

4. Third Party Sites

This policy only addresses our activities from our servers. Other sites (including those that we link to within an advertisement, article or otherwise, and third party sites or services with which we offer or co-brand) may have their own policies, which we do not control, and thus are not addressed by this policy.

If you provide us with personally identifiable information to have us perform ongoing services to you, we will provide you with a way to review the information we have on file and either change or remove such data. When you view our website, we might store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a “cookie” or similar file. Information provided to Focalgate, Inc is saved and may be stored in one or more databases directly or indirectly maintained by Focalgate, Inc. Focalgate, Inc employs industry-standard security measures as outlined in the Account Information Security (AIS) program to protect the confidentiality of the information. Machines that store sensitive customer information are kept in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). These machines are heavily secured and firewalled, protected on an internal network, and backups are kept physically protected in secure locations.

While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur; we make every effort to prevent such occurrences. Any other particularly sensitive information, such as credit card numbers collected for commercial transactions, is encrypted prior to transmission by you to Focalgate, Inc.

The security of your personally identifiable information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using transport layer security (TLS). 11.3 Affiliate Program

If you choose to use our affiliate program, we will ask you for your name, email, website, name on check, full address, phone number, company name, W9/W8 form and SSN/TAXID. North Star NP stores this information for the purpose of tracking the success of our affiliate program, and arranging payment to affiliates.

11.4 Single Sign-On

You can log in to our site using sign-in services such as Twitter, Facebook Connect, LinkedIn, Google and Kaixin. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network.

11.5 Social Media Widgets

Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button, the Google recommend button, and the Tweet button. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site.
